I have a case of both and have for many years (Left moreso than the right --- I play guitar right handed). I stretch, massage, and usually heat 'em up before I play and ice it down afterward. That seems to keep things from getting any worse. Anyone else out there deal with this type of problem? If so, what do you do?

I been lucky so far and I play alot for over 20 years now. Maybe check your technique and make sure your not straining why your playing. :no:
