I always thought that. He sings fine without a problem with his speech. His wife has here own TV show,he's kids are now making albums and he's still the god father of metal. I think I would act dumb too

He was over medicated or something...Thats what I heard...After his accident he seems to speak much better...Strange...I found it hard to watch ozzy mumbling and not being able to speak...I cant say that he did it on purpose...I dont think he did...I watched the first season of the osbournes...They are kind of a disgusting family...I stopped watching...I dont want to see a dog crap...Thats not TV...Thats disgusting. The only one in the family I like is ozzy...The kids are spoiled and Im not a big fan of sharons...The show she has sucks big time...I still like ozzy...mumbling or not...peace.

I agree the whole show is a waste. He's a master at promotion.
Whatever works

"Bubbles? Bubbles? I'm the Prince of F-ing darkness Sharon. I can't have bubbles coming out of the stage..."

Ozzy has done too many recreational drugs, hence the Parkinsonian type symptoms(both vocal and motor). I don't think it's a sham. He's just fried his brain.

Stutterers and people w/Tourrettes can often sing, only having problems with talking. The problem isn't with the speech. When you're talking, your brain is creating the sentences, which is where the problem lies. When you are singing, you are recalling a string, which is why they don't have the problem.

thanks,
json

Noop neither case. If you see him live he speakes and sings fine.

The recreational drug thing is over rated too, just his bad boy image.
Do you really think a burnt out would be so successful for this long. Not

Your way of thinking is the crowd he's looking for

Actually, I'm not his crowd, I have tourrette's, and getting to hang w/the tremor/tic/blurred speech crowd, respectfully decline to agree with you. You seem more the type he's looking for, looking deep into nothing to find a hidden meaning of a badboy image.

Sharon runs the show. Ozzy's a burnout. I've seen tapes of him live. He's comfy on stage(it's his element) and he's said the same thing over and over for decades now(Are you ready to rock and roll? Where am I? Who are you people?) Hardly a badboy image, it makes him look like a feeb. Intellectual conversation gives him fits, but he can ask you if you're ready to rock, and he's here every Thursday. If you held audience at a concert where he discussed the pros & cons of dogs shitting on his persian rug, then that'd be a different story.

thanks,
json

Do you think ozzy lip sincs at all these days...hes so out of tune somehow I doubt it...( I am a ozzy fan)not die hard however I like too many songs of his to ignore his talent regardless of what guitar player is backing him...I personally dont like his present guitarists playing...his lead guitar has no feeling at all...Just a bunch of riffs he stole and glued together...It licks big bag!
