I have no tips for you other than insane amounts of practice. Even my most comfortable songs give me the slip sometimes when I am playing.

Are you singing/playing? I would think singing only would help you to memorize the songs until you're comfortable that you can play them while yodelling the tune.

thanks,
json

pratice -- practice -- practice

I remember I had to learn 40 tunes in 2 days for a gig. If your preparing for a gig you could always write some cheat sheets and tape them on the stage floor.

Other then that repetition is your best friend.
