I recently bought a Hamer slammer guitar and a Kustom KGA10 amplifier, I didn't get a cord yet so I used a cord from my brother's dj equipment. When I turned on the amp its just static and when when I touched the metal plug, the static went away.
Never mind the problem was the cord. I bought a new one and it works perfectly.
