Hey I am looking into buying a boss BD-2 i haven't tried it out yet but i
wanted to know if anyone here has it/played it...... or if anyone has any
other suggestions on pedals in a price range of 100$ or less......I am not
looking for phaser/flanger pedals. Maybe a good overdrive pedal, delay
pedal, or a chorus pedal......THANKS! |

It's a cool sounding pedal for the blues but you have to go with what you
like really. All the boss pedals are affordable and sound great. |

I'd pesonally recomend the Boss SD2 dual overdrive.
It's basically 2 overdrive pedals in one so you can have a nice crunch
channel and an awesome lead channel at your feet.
It has a socket for an external foot switch so you can flick between the 2
channels.
I bought my remote switch but my brother made one using a simple foot
switch, a bit of guitar cable and a normal quater inch jack socket ____________________ Technology, not technique

the ultimate hands down overdrive pedal is either a ibanez tubescreamer ts9
or a ts808 but these are mainly for blues. if you want something heavier go
with an electro harmonix big muff or that green coloured poverdrive pedal
from bbe forgot what it's called |

I used to use boss pedals however latley Ive been getting into MXR
pedals...MXR is owned by Dunlop I think and didnt realize untill recently
how many great guitar players used them.
Here is an MXR overdrive...I think it sounds better than that boss blues
driver...its less fuzzy sounding and clearer sounding to me and I like the
tone a lot more...thats just me though.
Click on rock this sound...2 clips to hear.
