Richie Kotzen is a guitarist/singer/songwriter who has a 30 album plus discography and has collaborated with such varied artists as Jazz legend Stanley Clarke as a member of their band Vertu (guitar) (1999), as well as replacing guitarist CC Deville in the glam rock band Poison(1991-1993). Richie was also a member of the multi platinum band MR big (2000-2004) and had a number one single in Japan with a song he wrote called Shine.
Kotzen has 2 signature series Fender guitars of which the telecaster model has repeatedly been the number one selling signature model for Fender Japan. Kotzen has appeared on numerous music magazine covers including he cover of Guitar World magazine as a teenager after the release of his self titled debut cd. He is celebrated world wide as one of the greatest rock guitar players of ll time. As a lead singer Kotzen has been compared to blues rock greats like Paul Rodgers, Steve Marriott, and Rod Stewart.
