Dunlop Wah Pedal Lineup for 2007

Dunlop has been known for their great sounding and well built wah pedals starting with the original GCB95 all the wah up to the new Buddy Guy Black Polka Dot Signature model or the new Jimi Hendrix JH1-B Signature replacing the first JH-1 version. There are 11 wah pedal in all for 2007.

1.Zakk Wyde Signature Wah - ZW45

The Zakk Wylde Signature Wah Pedal is the result of a collaboration between modern Crybaby master Zakk Wylde and Dunlop. They joined forces to deliver the toughest, meanest wah pedal on the planet. This pedal can stand up to the crushing stomp of metal’s reigning king of lead guitar. The Wylde Wah features a heavy-duty raw-metal casing and roadworthy components to withstand years of ass-kicking abuse. With guts that have been finely tuned to Zakk’s specs, this wah is specially voiced to deliver an extra thick and cutting tone. Powered by 9V battery or Dunlop ECB-003 AC adapter.

2. Original Crybaby Wah - GCB95

A true rock classic every guitar player should have! If you play the real thing, you get the real sound. Heavy die-cast steel construction can take all the stompin' you've got in you. Totally smooth, silent, consistent, and easy to control. Made in the USA. Uses optional ECB03 power supply.

Features:

  • Original vintage effect
  • Ultra heavy-duty durability
  • Smooth operation and easy control
  • Made in the USA
  • exclusive one-year warranty.

3. Jimi Hendrix Signature Wah Pedal - JH1-B

The wah-wah pedal was just invented when Hendrix burst on the scene in 1967. And to this day, few players’ names are more synonymous with killer wah leads and wicked, wah-driven syncopated rhythms. The wah pedal that Hendrix used was a 60s design by the Thomas Organ Company and manufactured by JEN in Italy. This is the unmistakable wah tone heard on Hendrix classics like “Up From the Sky,” “Voodoo Child (Slight Return),” “Little Miss Lover” and “Still Raining, Still Dreaming.” The Jimi Hendrix Signature Wah reproduces these timbres, and more, with startling accuracy. Throaty and expressive, it will fire your imagination. The vintage classic look is 100% authentic too, with a flashy chrome top and sleek black Italian crinkle finish aluminum body. From its eye-catching look to its mind-bending sound, everything about this wah just screams Hendrix.

4. Buddy Guy Signature Wah Pedal - BG95

Cited as a major influence by wah-wah masters such as Hendrix, Clapton, and Vaughn, Buddy Guy helped establish the wah-wah as part of the blues vocabulary. To honor his contributions we have created the Crybaby Buddy Guy Signature Wah, featuring the Fasel Inductor for a sweet and singing top end, and two distinct user selectable wah voices—choose “DEEP” for a big and throaty growl, or “BG” for Buddy’s own warm and bell-like wah tone. Convenient side-mounted LEDs indicate which mode you are in, while a separate LED indicates effect on/off. Let your guitar sing the blues in style with the Buddy-approved polka dot graphics and custom signature tread. The Crybaby Buddy Guy Signature Wah available only from Dunlop Manufacturing, the world’s leader in wah pedal technology.

5. Slash Signature Crybaby Wah - SW-95

Like the guitarist himself, the Dunlop SW-95 Slash Wah is revolutionary and a classic, all at the same time. It sports a hot rod, metallic-red finish and a cutting edge, high-gain circuit for a different and distinct sound. It also has a modified Fasel inductor for sweet, singing top end and upper midrange bite and sparkle. 18V operation yields tons of extra headroom. LED indicators for distortion on/off and wah on/off modes keep you clued in at all times.

Features:

  • High gain distortion circuit
  • Fasel inductor circuitry tuned to Slash's specs
  • 18V operation
  • LEDs for distortion on/off and wah-wah on/off

6. DimeBag Signature Wah - DB01

Arm yourself for rock warfare. Dimebag Darrell Signature Crybaby wah pedal
A hot-rodded wah with an extended sweep so you can get more high end with the pedal down or low end with the pedal up. An extra input on the left lets you go in and out on the same side. Controls include an adjustable volume boost (0 to +17dB). An adjustable Q control modulates frequency breadth and a fine tune knob lets you adjust the toe down sweep range. It sounds bad, and with camo graphics it looks bad too.

9. Bass Wah - White - 105 Q

Dunlop, maker of the Original Crybaby Wah pedal, has introduced the 105Q Ultimate Bass Wah. The 105Q Bass Wah incorporates a new, proprietary potentiometer and custom EQ circuitry specifically designed for bass frequencies. Together, these new, uniquely engineered elements provide smooth response and a fat, full bass tone.

The 105Q Ultimate Bass Wah also includes Dunlop's celebrated Q control, which provides full control over the pedal's intensity and sound modeling. With the Q control, the player can select the exact wah tone desired, from bright and punchy to warm and subtle.Simply stepping on the pedal engages the effect in the lower register, creating a smooth transition into the wah effect. When you remove your foot, silent auto-off switching automatically bypasses the effect. The built-in spring automatically returns the pedal to its "off" position. Also included in this pedal is an adjustable volume control, allowing you to tailor the level of the wah from almost silent to a significant increase, providing extra gain for wah-enhanced solos. The Dunlop 105Q Crybaby Bass Wah - There's no better way to funk up your bass. Technical Info Runs on 9V battery power or optional adapter.
