Radial Engineering Tonebone Tube Distortion Pedals

After most guitarist plug into a Tone Bone Distortion Pedal they all say the same thing " Man this pedal is super quiet and the tone is great". Radial Engineering currently offers 4 distortion/overdrive pedals. The Trimode,Plexitube,Classsic and the Hot British. Each pedal uses a 12AX7 preamp tube for the ultimate distortion tone!

The Tonebone Classic Trimode is our most progressive pedal ever! Trimode gives you instant access to superb clean, rhythm and lead tones without tap dancing. And tone you will receive. Based on the heritage of America's finest tube amplifiers, the Trimode delivers five generations of tone from the slight overdrive of early rock & roll to blistering power tones of today's high gain amps.

Following the award-winning Tonebone Classic, the Trimode combines the warmth and even harmonics of a 12AX7 tube with our unique dual-stage drive for the natural dynamics and response of a vintage tube amp.

As the name implies, Trimode has three settings: 'True Bypass Clean Mode' for the natural tone of your guitar - direct to your amp; 'Rhythm Mode' with input drive, output gain and our unique Interstage™ drive to precision-tune the mayhem you are about to unleash; and 'Solo Mode' with its own input drive, output gain, and mid boost for days of sustain. Trimode goes even further with a built-in effects loop on the solo channel that lets you instantly engage a delay or pedal chain with a single foot action.

Trimode: 3 modes, huge tone and amazing dynamics – finally, a pedal that sounds and feels like a real tube amp!

This two channel tube distortion pedal combines the natural warmth and harmonic generation of a 12AX7 tube with the control and saturation of our unique multi-stage solid-state drive circuit. This combination provides incredible gain with tons of overtones and, when combined with our unique passive-interactive EQ, produces four generations of Marshall Plexi tones worthy of a Shakespearian Ode.

Designed to enhance on-stage functionality, the Plexitube™ features two distinct distortion channels for on-the-fly transition between rhythm and lead settings. Channel-1 has been optimized for rhythm with chunk rhythm tones and scooped out mids for a thunderous wall-of-sound and complete world domination. Channel-2 is optimized to produce razor-sharp cut for solos and sustaining mids that are so smooth, they can make a grown man cry. This is augmented with an effects loop that can automatically turn your delay on for leads. No tap dancing!

When the Plexitube is off, true-bypass connectivity ensures the natural tone of your guitar goes directly to your amp without obstruction or a tone robbing load.

The Radial Tonebone Plexitube takes metal guitar one step beyond anything you have experienced so far. God save the Queen.!

The Tonebone Classic is a 12AX7 tube equipped true-bypass distortion that has been optimized for flexibility and tonal range.

Following the vision set by Leo Fender in the 1950’s, the Classic is based on vintage overdrive sounds that started in the '60s and '70s and today remain some of the most sought after tones. With three drive settings, variable drive control and powerful EQ, the Classic lets you dial in the slight overdrive to high-gain saturation and everything in between.

And like a real tube amp, when you turn your guitar volume down, the Classic cleans up naturally - without the noise, hum or buzz that is common with most other pedals. At higher settings, every note remains distinct. The Classic is so responsive and dynamic your playing style shines through!

The Radial Tonebone Classic – the most dynamic and responsive distortion pedal ever!

The Tonebone Hot British is tube distortion at its best! Fashioned from a modified Marshall double-stack plexy, the Hot British delivers five decades of brute power for everything from scooped-out chunky rhythm to screaming sizzling hot lead tones.

Based on high-gain amplifier designs, the Hot British employs a triple hybrid gain stage that combines the control and dynamics of solid-state with the warmth and harmonic generation only possible from a real 12AX7 tube. This unique design produces ultra-rich harmonic textures and full-on saturated tube settings without the mud or noise that is typical with other pedals. Listen and you will hear how each note retains its distinctiveness and clarity, right down to the lowest notes.

Switch on the Contour, dial in the interactive EQ and wham! Enter a world where huge, musically rich tones that you never thought possible magically come alive. No other pedal delivers more - no other pedal even comes close!

God save the Queen!

Players List: Eric Johnson, Kirk Hammett,Gary Moore,Frank Gambale,Joe Perry,Steve Stevens,Neal Schon,Vinnie Moore, Allan Holdsworth,Steve Lukather,Vivian Campbell,Buddy Guy and more..............
