Limited Edition Roar Fuzz Pedal BY Hao

Hao's The Roar Guitar pedal is designed to sound nothing like the pedals of the past or present. The Roar can be used as a booster, vintage-style fuzz, or as a completely new type of distortion for all-new effects. As the name implies, with the Roar knob cranked it produces thunderous crunch. When the Roar knob is set low, it acts as a fat booster with booming low end when gently attacked and light crunch with a hard pick attack.

It will be a limited edition pedal primarily because the parts used inside are hard to come by and continuous supplies aren't expected to be available. The components are are hand picked for consistency, making the construction process time consuming as well.

A 9 volt battery is recommended for powering the pedal, however a DC adapter jack is provided for use of a negative-tip DC 9 volt adapter.

Only 100 pieces of the Roar will be sold in the USA, and Godlyke (the US distributor) is selling the first 10 units (numbered 1-10 of 100) directly from the www.godlyke.com website.

List price $200 each.
