New 10 Inch Guitar Speakers From Celestion

Following up to their G12 Century Vintage guitar speaker, Celestion announced the G10 Vintage and G10A-15 guitar speakers. The new 10" guitar drivers are the latest additions to Celestion's range of guitar, bass, and PA speakers.

                G10 Vintage

                   G10A-15

The G10 Vintage is a 10", 60 Watt, ceramic magnet speaker in a pressed steel chassis offering fast, responsive, and efficient operation. Celestion's R&D team has voiced the G10Vintage so it can produce classic vintage tones with plenty of growl for solid bass, muscular mids, and an extremely articulate top end. In addition, the G10Vintage employs a 1" round copper voice coil, has a frequency range of 100-7000 Hz, and sensitivity of 97 dB (1 Watt @ 1 meter).

Celestion has also stepped into the traditional 10" Alnico market to recreate the tone achieved by guitarists in the late 1950s. The result is the G10A-15 a 10", 15 Watt, lightweight (3 lbs.) Alnico magnet speaker in a pressed steel chassis that has sweet, bright characteristics with a "classic American amplifier" purity of tone. The G10A-15 also employs a 1" round copper voice coil, has a frequency range of 100-7000 Hz, and sensitivity of 95 dB (1 Watt @ 1 meter).
