In this Lesson we will look at some Minor 7th Arpeggios. As Mentioned in the previous Major 7th Arpeggio lesson, we said an Arpeggio was playing a chord one note at a time rather then all at once. First let's look at a basic arpeggio in the key of A Minor.

Looking at the Tab above, the 5 is the root or A note, the 8 is the b3rd or C note, the 7 is the 5th or E note and the 7 on the 4th string is the root A and octave higher. Now in order to play a major 7th arpeggio we will need to add the minor 7th interval from the A natural minor scale. This note will be G. You can get this by counting up the natural minor scale until you reach the b7th interval.
