| Gibson Guitar Corp. in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee has won a trademark infringement case against manufacturer Paul Reed Smith. The claim involved Gibson's Les Paul single cutaway guitar with a body design which Paul Reed Smith used without permission or compensation to Gibson. This case declared that Paul Reed Smith infringed Gibson's valid trademark. |

The update is available now for free download from TC's web site, and requires a PC running Windows XP or 2000 plus a MIDI interface to install. New features in the version 1.27 release include: In Level, Global Out Level and Preset Out Level mapping - A Mapping Response Curve has been added to the three level parameters in the Mod Menu so you can define your own curve to the "In Level", "Global Out Level" and "Preset Out Level" parameters. This gives control over the behavior when using an Expression pedal to control one or more of these parameters. |
