The main (verse) riff to "Paradise City" was my first riff. I couldn't remember for the life of me what my first solo was.

By the way, this is my first post besides the one in the introduction thread. Hi everyone

First riffs I learnt were cream's sunshine of your love and the bass riff from SRV's Crossfire. It was on a seriously out of tune strat copy which couldnt play notes above the 11th fret.
First solo was on a slightly better les paul copy, and I think it was ZZ Top's La Grange.

Ah those were the days

My first riff was probably smoke on the water, my first complete song was Santaria by Sublime, and my first solo was Santaria or Smells like teen spirit.

My first song was also my first lead.Wipe out!I was forced to learn it when I was kicked off the drums.Those b#st@rds.

Alice in chains - Angry chair... later realizing it was in flat tuning. Took me a while to get my ears to realize it.
