Hey, I have a Crate CR-110... and it has a line out jack on the back of it. Does that mean I can buy a cabinet and plug it into the back of my amp?

I would say yes...I have a line out on the back of my amp however I plug earphones in it and use it that way...so I would say a cabinet would work also.

How big of a cabinet do you think I could go to?

A bigger cab is not going to make it louder just a little fuller sounding. Normally a line out jack goes into a mixer/pa system. It's also a line level

Ok, so is it possible to make it louder by plugging something into the jack or not? I don't think I understand...

A PA system will make it louder since it's running to a power amp.

Are there any 4-12" PA systems out there for less than $150?

As reference I said the output jack could be plugged into a PA System etc.. Does this jack say Speaker Out or Line Out?

Speaker Out is made to plug into other speaker cabinets and the Line out is used to plug into a PA System, stereo system etc.. normally line level devices.

Hey you said it :giggly:
If you have a good stereo around the house plug a cable from the line out of the amp to a line in on the stereo. This will give you more volume. Just crank it up.
