I was wondering if anyone knows anything about a 4-string guitar. I just bought one at a yard sale for $10 bucks.

it almost looks like a 3/4 size guitar with 4 strings. it has the name regal written inside the body.

Any help would be great

Sounds like you got yourself a Tenor Guitar. They were popular in the 20's late 30's

Some of them are worth some money. I would look into it if you only spent $10

Regal was a Company out of Chicago.

Thanks, I had it appraised for $800-$1000 so paying $10 for it was a great deal

The people giving the yard sale would kick there self in the A**
