I played a few schechters and there good overall. Wood is wood, string are
strings get the point. There on the same lines as
Charvel,Dean,ESP,PRS,Hamer and the list goes on and on.

| not that i want to start an argument but scechter and PRS arent on the same
when it comes to quaility of the insturments, and there definetly not on
the priceline. i dont even think its possible to get a new PRS under $1500. ____________________

| You can get a new PRS under 1500, it just won't be a US made one ____________________ Technology, not technique

Sure they are. People kill me when comparing guitars. Ummm
wood, strings, hardware. I guess PRS has that new wood from mars. I don't
personally like them. PRS has a lower line just like the rest.
The only way a guitar should be over $500 is if it was completely hand
made. Don't believe the story about having to kill an Indian to get that
piece of wood.

In that price range, I would look toward a Jackson DKMG as far as new
guitars are concerned. If you wanna go used you could probably even find a
neck-thru.
I also like the Ibanez RG series... But I'm all about the Jacksons, man! |
