Just wondering what band everyone thinks is or was the worst in history.

For me one of the worst was The Monkees...I know they had a hit or two however I never liked them and they always got on my nerves...Im not sure if they even played their instruments...hated that band...and the TV show was a piece of crap too...Maybe its because their a band from the 60's and I wasnt born until the 70's...nah thats not it...they just plain ol suck.

hehehe, yeh you tell 'em spidercents!

errm, does eminem count?? if so, i'd say Eminem annoys me and his thick posse. Nothing personal, it's just that their "music" gives me a headache... and they desperately need to wash their mouths out with soap and boiled water.
terrible.

limp bizkit definitely makes the cut. I can't stand the "music" they play. If you can call it that. I'll think of some more later.

Im not sure if its true however wasnt Paul McCartney quoted as saying he thought that the members of Oasis were cocky.

I agree these guys have some major mental problems...they act like spoiled children...idiots

Personally, I was a huge Monkees fan when I was younger, but I think it was more of my way of liking The Beatles, but still retaining my "differentness".

My pick for worst band'd prolly be... That Antarctic band, GWAR. Though they were the first to admit that it was their stageshow they were more proud of... it was still bad. The stageshow was just plain scary too...

I never heard of angel before however i did a search on them...is this the band your talking about...Rockers from the 70's.

The line-up of Angel; from left to right, Punky Meadows, Felix Robinson, Frank DiMino, Barry Brandt, and Gregg Giuffria. Mickey Jones was the original bassist, replaced by Robinson after the band's "On Earth As It Is In Heaven" LP, their third release on Casablanca Records.

Angel (1975)
Helluva Band (1976)
On Earth As It Is in Heaven (1977)
White Hot (1978)
Sinful (1979) (original title: Bad Publicity)
Live Without a Net (1980)
In the Beginning (2000)

Angel were a glam rock, heavy metal, and progressive rock band from Washington, DC, formed in the mid-70s. They were discovered by Kiss bass player Gene Simmons performing at a nightclub and were signed to Kiss' record label Casablanca.
