This song is different from the original however it still has enough of the
original to call it Part II...song is short...just under 2 minutes long.
Its been a while since I posted a song...been working on getting a better
sound and recording quality...Some parts of this song still need some
filler because it feels a bit empty in spots...also need to check mix near
end of solo...kind of hear a thud or two...not sure if its the drums or
perhaps i forgot to remove part of a track...not sure.
My Recording setup is as follows.
Epiphone Les Paul>>>Electro Harmonix Metal Muff>>>M Audio Fast
Track>>>Amplitube 2>>>Addictive Drums Demo>>>Mixcraft 4
Dmusic is finally up and running properly so Im posting the tune on there
for now...click on Hi.

Cool tune. I like how the rhythm falls on the beat kinda "syncopated" and
the chord progression has plenty of darkness and chuck. I like also the
lead at the end, it has the Phrygian mode sound which Metallica leads are
famous for but it doesn't sound like Kirk.
My only complaint is cut off the blank space at the end. ____________________ Get the name to sell first then the trend makes millions. |

Thanks for giving it a listen.
This is how I recorded
Plugged guitar into metal muff pedal then went from pedal to m audio fast
track usb interface and recorded it using mixcraft 4 as my
sequencer/recording software then i used amplitube 2 vst plugin to enhance
and re-amp the tracks and added some effects like delay and chorus on the
lead.
If you guys record you should check out amplitube 2...they have a free
trial download.
click on download in black at top of page...they ask for email address when
trying demo...you can get Amplitube 2 on ebay for $150 or so...Its
basically like guitar rig 2 and 3 however i like amplitube better and its a
bit cheaper...sounds better if you use real distortion pedal then add amp
and more effects later on if needed.
