Why do the randy rhoads models sound louder than other electrics unamplified? I'\m asking this because I am going to be making a custom body through warmoth and i want to know how to get that sound. Thanks

Most neck through models resonate better than a bolt on since it resonates through the guitars body. I wouldn't say the Randy Rhoads models would be lounder as there made with mostly Alder wood which is standard in strats these days.....

Maybe it's shape makes the difference.
