hi, i am new to guitar , can you help me? what's the latency of sound?

latency, a synonym for delay , is an expression of how much time it takes for a packet of data to get from one designated point to another.

latency in regards to recording music on the computer basically means a time delay.

Latency can usually be adjusted in most DAW's (Digital Audio Workstation) and you shorten the the time delay/latency so there is little to no latency.
