I just wanted to let everyone know that the Dimarzio Area 61 Strat Pickups are just great! I just had my technician install a set in my Malmsteen Strat and they sound fantastic. Very articulate. Every note you play is very clear and articulate. The Fender Custom Shop Pickups that I had in my guitar before did not sound like that. They would sound okay when you played the treble strings but they would kind of mush out when you played the bass strings. Not so with the Area 61 pickups. Very tight, well defined response. So I would highly recommend them.
