How should I maintain my electric guitar? I know I got to keep it tune, but what else should I do to keep it in good shape?I heard something about putting lemon juice on the strings, where do I put it? Thanks in advance.

It's a good idea to use some guitar polish to reduce fine scratches on the body. Lemon oil is used mainly on porous wood like rosewood fretboards. You can use standard guitar polish on maple fretboards unless it's unfinished. If you wipe your strings before an after playing it will prolong the life of them. It's also a good idea to spray some TV cleaner or similiar on the volume/tone pots to keep them working cleanly without any noise.
