hi ive just got a prs se custom,ive tunned it with a electric tunner,all well with tunner,until i play mt bottom e string(thickest),its sounds loose,its slapping all the way along the neck,its a new string all the other strings sound fine,any sugestions please

Could just be a bad string, it happens from time to time.
Or it could be that the saddle needs raising
