I have built a guitar from scratch and I'm having my tech take a look at it to try to intonate it. I'm having some issues if anyone can help at all please message me.

What issues are you having? I would guess that if you didnt know what you were doing when building the guitar, and you are having issues intonating it, then you may have some measurement problems. What is the scale length. If your frets arent spaced out properly in accordance with your scale length, that can be a problem. When you say "scratch" do you mean from bare lumber, to include the fingerboard and the neck?

Pls be more specific. It is that the guitar is put together well and you can't get proper intonation?

Usually intonation problems are with the saddle. If not that, perhaps the nut.
